Service Support Manager

Due to ongoing success, our client is looking for a Service Support Manager to help manage new projects.

• Based in Dorking
• Up to £45,000 salary (DOE)
• Hybrid (2 days WFH)
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Job Description:

• Working closely with end users, engineers, and sub-contractors to book installs
• Diary management, coordinating schedules
• Liaising with suppliers, ordering equipment and ensuring it arrives on time
• Ensuring that essential documents i.e. risk assessments are available and up to date
• Monitoring projects and ensuring they are running smoothly
• Updating the CRM and helpdesk systems
• Collating and sending reports
• Managing the helpdesk ticketing system

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Experience working in the IT industry
• Organised with a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills
