What you'll be doing:
Deliver best practices for plant performance, focusing on compliance, availability, efficiency, and reliability
Assist the Site Manager with team recruitment
Promote a high-performance culture, assessing KPIs and accountability
Drive technical and innovative improvements to increase plant performance
Report KPIs and performance to senior management
Ensure delivery KPIs are achieved

What we want from you:
Level 3 engineering qualification in an engineering discipline
Maintenance and operational knowledge within a process industry
Supervisory or team leader skills
Project management skills
Decisive decision-making ability
SHEQ management experience
