Service Technician

We are seeking an exceptional Automotive Technician/ Car Mechanic to join our clients car dealership in Bath.

The role will be working twilight hours Monday to Thursday 4:00pm - 12:30am and Friday 12:00pm - 8:30pm No weekends.

The Role:

As an Automotive Technician/Car Mechanic, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless operation of retail vehicles. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining our reputation for delivering vehicles of the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise your diagnostic skills to pinpoint and resolve vehicle issues.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Expertly repair and replace vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, and brakes.
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure vehicles meet rigorous safety and quality standards.
• Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance and repair work conducted.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician/Car Mechanic in a reputable dealership or garage.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for precision and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
• Technical certifications and training are a plus.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Must have an NVQ level 3 in Vehicle repair or equivalent
