ServiceNow Architect - CSDM

Salary - up to £100k DOE

Location - UK Remote

Robert Walters have partnered with a leading consultancy in their search for a ServiceNow Architect. In this role you with a pivotal role in shaping the future of the project by designing and maintain a CSDM-compliant data strategy. You'll support the client through the go live and business adoption stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be apart of the delivery of a legacy system upgrade and supporting clients through the go live stage and business adoption.
• Develop and implement a Common Service Data Model (CSDM)-compliant data strategy.
• Define and execute technology changes for sustainable and accurate ServiceNow data.
• Lead governance activities to ensure high-quality and timely outputs.
• Represent Data Services to internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in delivering complex ServiceNow solutions in a regulated industry.
• Proven experience in the implementation of ServiceNow applications including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSDM, CMDB and CSM
• Proficient with ServiceNow in both Public and Private cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working within Financial Services or Insurance industry would be highly beneficial.
