ServiceNow Architect ServiceNow AI Public Sector Remote

We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with strong ServiceNow AI, ITSM and CSM experience to support the delivery and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions within a secure public sector environment.

The successful candidate will help implement and expand ServiceNow AI capabilities across the platform.

Must hold OR be eligible for UK Security Clearance. 

Responsibilities

Lead technical architecture and design across ServiceNow platform initiatives.
Define platform standards, governance frameworks and architectural guardrails.
Support deployment of Now Assist and Virtual Agent solutions.
Configure AI-powered workflows and automation.
Assist with implementation of AI Control Tower capabilities.
Build and optimise integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms.
Implement and configure ServiceNow AI capabilities across the platform.
Support platform governance and AI compliance requirements.Essential Experiene

Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within Public Sector environments.
Hands-on expertise across ITSM and CSM modules.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
Experience supporting or implmenting ServiceNow AI, Now Assist. Virtual Agents.
Experience architecting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Experience defining governance models and technical standards.
