ServiceNow Developer / Architect - Associate Manager

London (Hybrid)

Up to £70,000 + 10% Bonus + Full Package

I'm partnered with a leading ServiceNow consultancy looking to hire an Associate Manager-level ServiceNow Architect - ideally suited to a Senior Developer or Technical Consultant looking to step into architecture.

This role is a genuine bridge between hands-on development and full solution ownership. You'll still be close to the tech, but with increasing responsibility around design, architecture, and client interaction.

You'll be working alongside experienced Architects on large-scale programmes, giving you the platform to develop into a fully-fledged Architect in a structured and well-supported environment.

You'll be:

• Contributing to solution design across ServiceNow implementations
• Translating technical requirements into scalable platform solutions
• Working closely with Architects on end-to-end architecture decisions
• Remaining hands-on where needed (configuration, scripting, integrations)
• Engaging with clients in workshops and design discussions

What they're looking for:

• Strong ServiceNow development experience (ideally at Senior level)
• Exposure to design/architecture or a clear desire to move into it
• Experience across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or CSM
• Good understanding of platform capabilities, integrations, and best practice
• Strong communication skills and client-facing potential
