As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and customising applications that support large-scale digital transformation. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver high-quality solutions that improve user experience and drive operational efficiency.

• Designing and customising ServiceNow applications, with a focus on ITSM and CSM

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

• Participating in Agile sprint planning and contributing to technical discussions

• Writing clean, efficient code and supporting production systems when required

• Upholding coding standards and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

• Proven experience developing and supporting the ServiceNow platform

• Strong knowledge of ITSM/CSM modules, workflows, scripting, and configuration

• Background in Agile delivery environments, ideally with exposure to DevOps practices

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, user-centred approach

• Awareness of database design and/or CI/CD pipelines is a bonus
