ServiceNow HRSD Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a major enterprise programme, supporting the development and enhancement of its HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.

This is a hands-on development role focused on building scalable HR solutions across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, configure and develop solutions within ServiceNow HRSD

* Build HR Services, Case Management, COEs, Record Producers and Lifecycle Events

* Develop Business Rules, Client/Server Scripts, Script Includes and UI Actions/Policies

* Build workflows using Flow Designer and Service Catalog

* Develop and maintain automated testing using ServiceNow ATF

* Troubleshoot defects and support production stability

* Work closely with architects, product owners and engineering teams

Key Skills

* 3+ years' hands-on ServiceNow development

* Strong commercial experience with HRSD / HR Service Delivery

* HR Case Management, HR Services, COEs and employee lifecycle processes

* Strong JavaScript

* ServiceNow ATF / Automated Test Framework

* Flow Designer, ACLs, Business Rules and Service Catalog

* Experience working within Agile delivery teams

Desirable

* CSA, CAD or CIS-HRSD certification

* REST API and ServiceNow integration experience

* ITSM or CSM experience

* Experience within large enterprise environments

We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow HRSD specialist who can independently deliver high-quality solutions while working as part of a wider enterprise technology team
