About the Role:

Robert Walters has partnered with a leading organisation that is undertaking an enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation. We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team on an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Utilise GenAI, Virtual Agent, ITOM, and ITSM modules to enhance functionality.
• Write and maintain JavaScript code with strong coding skills.
• Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Apply ITIL foundations and work within Agile & Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK without any restrictions.
