I am currently recruiting for an Engagement Manager for a leading Service Now Partner.
The role of Engagement Manager will see you responsible for full project management, this ranges from stakeholder management through to planning & delivery, budget controls and resource management.
Due to the nature of the role we are looking for someone with in-depth Service Now experience.
Ideally, we are looking for people with: Service Now System Administrator Certification Service Now Implementation Specialist Certification ITIL qualified Prince2 certified The role will see you responsible for but not limited to: Overseeing the full project life cycle from requirement gathering through design and planning to delivery and execution.
Managing stakeholders, building client relationships to understand and define needs.
To then be able to articulate the value of solutions and to leverage this to drive maximum revenue opportunities.
Managing colleagues to ensure successful and timely delivery of multiple projects.
Providing bid support, from preparation to presentation.
Maintaining up to date Service Now product knowledge, responsible for ongoing learning.
