Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to assess their requirements and recommend tailored ServiceNow solutions.
Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
Analyse business processes and develop technical solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to the growth of their consulting practice by sharing expertise and best practices within the team.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Proficiency in SQL and database management.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow application development is a plus.
