ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect for a public sector transformation programme.

You will assess and optimise an existing HRSD platform, reduce technical debt and customisations, drive out-of-the-box (OOTB) adoption, and define a scalable target architecture and transformation roadmap.

Key requirements:

Extensive ServiceNow HRSD architecture experience.

Proven experience in platform optimisation and transformation.

Strong knowledge of OOTB capabilities, governance and best practices.

Experience reducing customisations and technical debt.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Contract details:

6 months, with potential extension

Fully remote

£750 per day (umbrella)
