You will work in a fully client-facing capacity, partnering with multiple enterprise clients to shape, design, and deliver complex ServiceNow solutions that underpin large-scale digital transformation. This is an opportunity to play a strategic role across diverse programmes, influence architectural direction, and become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing Leading the end-to-end technical architecture of ServiceNow implementations across multiple clients and sectors. Translating business challenges into scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions. Providing architectural governance, solution assurance, and design authority throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and product owners to ensure alignment with best practice and platform capabilities. Driving technical excellence across engagements, promoting the use of out-of-the-box functionality where appropriate. Supporting pre-sales activities, shaping proposals, and contributing to thought leadership within the practice. What We're Looking For ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - essential. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect within consultancy or complex multi-client environments. Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, integrations, CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, HRSD, SecOps, or other major modules. Experience designing enterprise-scale, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions. Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to work across multiple accounts simultaneously. Ability to guide delivery teams, articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, and influence architectural decision-making.
