You'll work on cutting-edge platform implementations, leveraging ServiceNow and modern engineering practices to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. What you'll have the opportunity to do as a ServiceNow Technical Archityect Develop and deliver ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM etc.) Build and implement custom applications, workflows and integrations using JavaScript and APIs Design and develop scalable platform architectures aligned to best practices Create and maintain efficient delivery pipelines and deployment processes Work with integrations and third-party systems to deliver connected solutions Ensure quality through testing, code reviews and development standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment Contribute to platform performance, governance, and continuous improvement About the Candidate The right ServiceNow Technical Architect should have: Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations (ideally 3+ end-to-end projects) Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and scripting (JavaScript) Exposure to multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM or similar Experience working with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and external systems Understanding of modern ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills Ability to work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced environments What's in it for you?
