Service & Parts Advisor – Motor Trade

£35,000–£45,000 DOE | Monday to Friday | No Weekends!

Are you an experienced Service or Parts Advisor looking for your next opportunity with a friendly, family-run independent business?

We're recruiting on behalf of an established independent motor trade business looking to welcome a motivated, customer-focused and organised individual to their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit business where you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation. They're looking for someone with a good understanding of the motor trade, who can confidently prepare estimates, source parts and deliver excellent customer service.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing a high level of customer service and building positive customer relationships.

* Preparing detailed quotes and estimates for repair and service work.

* Assessing the work required and pricing jobs accordingly.

* Sourcing and identifying the correct parts needed to complete the work.

* Placing parts orders and liaising with suppliers.

* Ensuring quotes are accurate, competitive and provided in a timely manner.

* Supporting the smooth running of the service and parts operation.

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience within the motor trade, ideally in a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor role.

* Experience preparing quotes and estimates for vehicle repair work.

* The ability to identify, source and order the correct parts.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.

* Someone who is keen to undertake training and develop their knowledge and skills further.

What's On Offer?

* £35,000–£45,000 salary, depending on experience.

* Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm.

* No weekend working!

* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
