Services Executive (Client based)
Salary: Up to £33,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 08:00-16:30
Location: Abingdon

Working with clients ranging from top property developers and premium housebuilders to renowned blue-chip brands, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and seeing projects through from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

Be the main point of contact for client communications — from initial enquiry to final delivery
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients by providing exceptional service
Conduct site visits to collect detailed measurements, notes, and photos for quoting and design
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate, cost-effective quotes
Manage project timelines and keep all parties informed
Oversee on-site installations, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
Monitor project profitability and address any issues proactively
Ensure invoicing and admin details are completed accurately
Recommend additional services or upgrades where appropriate to meet client goals

Ideal Candidate:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a client-facing, coordination, or account management role (experience in signage, graphics, or design is a bonus)
Strong organisational and time management skills
A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail
Comfortable working both in the office and on-site
