Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE) + Bonus + 9% Employer Pension Contribution
Location: Castleford, West Yorkshire (100% Office-Based)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hours per week)

With £135m under management and a client base of over 600, our client is seeking a conscientious and experienced Servicing Adviser or Paraplanner to join our client's close-knit, supportive team.

The Key Responsibilities of the Servicing Adviser / Paraplanner:
* Conduct comprehensive fact-finds, risk assessments, and capacity-for-loss evaluations.
* Develop tailored financial plans covering investments, pensions, tax, and estate planning.
* Maintain long-term client relationships, providing regular updates and plan reviews.
* Stay informed on market trends, economic shifts, and financial products.
* Educate clients on financial options and collaborate with external professionals (e.g., accountants, solicitors).
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate client records.

The Key Requirements of the Servicing Adviser / Paraplanner:
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (required for Adviser role; part-qualified considered for Paraplanner).
* Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services, ideally in a paraplanning or advisory role.
* Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and UK financial services.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
* Proficiency with financial software and platforms.
