Job Title: Servicing Advisor (IFA) - Hybrid
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid Working)

We are partnering with a well-established IFA practice based in Liverpool, seeking a qualified Servicing Advisor to join their team. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with a mix of office-based and remote working. In this role, you will manage legacy clients, handle annual reviews, process renewals, and provide continued service to existing clients. We're looking for a Level 4 qualified individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality financial service and advice in a dynamic IFA environment.

• Annual Reviews: Conduct detailed annual reviews for existing clients, ensuring their financial plans continue to align with their goals and evolving needs.

• Suitability Letters: Prepare suitability letters based on client profiles, making sure advice is clear, relevant, and compliant with regulatory standards.

• Renewals & Servicing: Handle client renewals and provide ongoing servicing to legacy clients, ensuring their portfolios remain on track.

• Client & Provider Liaison: Communicate regularly with clients and liaise directly with providers to ensure timely, accurate information and resolve any issues that arise.

• Compliance: Ensure that all activities are compliant with IFA regulations, internal procedures, and industry standards.

• Client Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all data is correct and easily accessible for future interactions.

• Level 4 qualification in Financial Services.

• Proven experience as a Servicing Advisor or Financial Advisor.

• Experience handling legacy clients, annual reviews, and renewals.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and providers.

• Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients in a hybrid working environment.

• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
