A well-established manufacturer of bespoke joinery solutions is looking to recruit an experienced Setting Out CAD Designer to join its growing design team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong joinery background who enjoys producing accurate manufacturing drawings and working on high-quality bespoke projects.
The Role
Produce detailed setting out and manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD.
Prepare drawings for manufacture, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Interpret architectural drawings and client specifications.
Work closely with production and project teams throughout the design process.
Generate material schedules/Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support manufacturing.
Ensure all drawings and documentation are completed to a high standard and delivered on time.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience within the joinery industry is essential.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Experience producing setting out and manufacturing drawings.
Ability to produce material schedules/Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Strong understanding of bespoke joinery manufacturing processes.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret technical and architectural drawings.
What's on Offer
£35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
Permanent, full-time position.
