A well-established special school in the Herne Hill area of Lambeth is looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic teacher to join their secondary team.

The school supports students aged 11–19 with severe learning difficulties and complex needs, and offers excellent facilities, small class sizes and a supportive senior leadership team who invest in staff development.

The Role

* Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons for students with SLD and complex needs

* Work closely with a dedicated team of teaching assistants and therapists (SALT, OT, physio)

* Contribute to a warm, ambitious school culture with strong CPD and clear progression routes

What The School Is Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Experience in a special school, SEN unit, or strong transferable SEN experience from mainstream
