As a Sewing Machinist, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day production of high-quality fabric-based products. This is a fast-moving role that requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to meet daily output targets while maintaining excellent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, stitch, and finish fabric products

• Follow technical instructions and product specifications accurately

• Inspect finished items to ensure high quality and consistency

• Perform minor machine maintenance and threading as needed

• Work as part of a small, friendly team to meet daily and weekly targets

• Ensure workspace and equipment are clean, safe, and well-organised

• Previous experience using industrial sewing machines is essential

• Confidence working with a range of fabrics and materials

• Experience using double-needle machines is highly desirable

• Able to work efficiently and maintain a consistent pace

• Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

• Able to follow instructions and work independently
