Your Role:

• Develop and execute strategies to support student welfare, attendance, and academic performance.


• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure student success.


• Organize and oversee year group activities, events, and support initiatives to boost student engagement.

What You Bring:

• Degree in Education or a related field.


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Experience in a pastoral or leadership role within a school.


• Strong knowledge of safeguarding practices and student welfare.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
