• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business and incentive needs, designing tailored employee incentive schemes.

• Deliver expert tax advice on share plans and incentive structures, guiding implementations smoothly.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues worldwide, benefiting from diverse perspectives and global expertise.

• Supervise junior staff while fostering their development through ongoing training and mentorship.

• Experience in Share Plans or Reward teams within accountancy, law, or consulting firms.

• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ATT, CTA, ACA, or Solicitor).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
