Shared Ownership New Homes Sales Consultant - South London

You'll be working across high-profile schemes predominantly south of the river, including Southwark and Lambeth, representing a respected and market-leading brand known for quality and innovation.

Shared Ownership Sales Consultant
Location: London (Southwark & Lambeth focus)
Salary: £38,500 basic + £12,000 OTE
Contract: Tuesday to Saturday
Requirements: Must drive and own a car

Key Requirements:

• Experience in new homes sales or estate agency

• Solid understanding of the shared ownership model

• Confident, driven, and passionate about property

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Must have a full driving licence and access to a car

• Flexible and hardworking, with a proactive attitude
