Job Title: New Homes Sales Associate
Location: Manchester & North West (site-based)
Contract: Full-Time, Fixed Term (up to 24 months)
Working Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday, 10am-5pm
Salary: £27,984 + commission (OTE £42,000-£50,000)

We're looking for a New Homes Sales Associate with a passion for people and property to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team across new build sites in Manchester and the North West.
You'll be the face of our developments, guiding buyers through their journey from enquiry to exchange. If you thrive in a target-driven sales environment and have experience with Shared Ownership or new home sales - this could be the perfect role for you.

• 
  Meet and greet potential buyers on-site
• 
  Qualify customer needs and match them to available homes
• 
  Conduct viewings and manage enquiries
• 
  Guide customers through the full sales process
• 
  Keep CRM systems and databases up to date
• 
  Maintain the presentation of the sales suite and show homes

• 
  Experience selling new homes, ideally with Shared Ownership knowledge
• 
  Strong negotiation and communication skills
• 
  Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 
  Weekend availability and flexible working approach
• 
  Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

  £27,984 base salary + commission (OTE £42K-£50K)
