Frontline Recruitment Derby Ltd are working in partnership with a global manufacturing company who seek a post Graduate SharePoint & Workflow Management Coordinator, offering remote working).

Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per annum
Location: Remote
Contract Type: Contingency Contract (ongoing, no fixed end date)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented postgraduate to join our team as a Graduate SharePoint & Workflow Management Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong SharePoint expertise who is looking to develop their career in a flexible, remote-working environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and improving our document management and workflow processes, ensuring efficient information management and smooth operational delivery across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

* Build, maintain, and enhance SharePoint sites and libraries.

* Configure and manage workflow management tools to support business processes.

* Create, update, and manage document repositories and permissions.

* Monitor workflow performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

* Provide support and guidance to users on SharePoint functionality and workflow processes.

* Assist with process mapping, automation initiatives, and system improvements.

* Produce reports and maintain accurate records relating to workflow activity.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement effective solutions.

About You

Essential requirements:

* Postgraduate qualification (or recently completed postgraduate studies).

* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.

* Experience configuring, administering, or supporting workflow management tools.

* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

* High level of attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Desirable:

* Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms.

* Understanding of document control, records management, or business process improvement.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and related Microsoft 365 technologies.
