🌟 Exciting Opportunity: SHEQ Advisor – Water Division at United Living 🌟

Are you passionate about safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ)? Do you have experience in the construction or infrastructure industry? We’re looking for a SHEQ Advisor to join our Water Division at United Living!

Key Responsibilities:

🚧 Site Inspections & Audits

• Conduct regular safety, environmental, and quality checks across sites.

• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.

📋 Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)

• Assist in developing and reviewing RAMS.

• Advise on control measures to mitigate risks.

🔍 Incident Investigation & Reporting

• Investigate incidents and near-misses.

• Prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and recommendations.

💬 Training & Awareness

• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings.

• Support SHEQ training programs and awareness campaigns.

👥 Advisory Support

• Provide expert advice on SHEQ matters and legal compliance to project teams.

📂 Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and incidents.

• Suggest and implement improvements in SHEQ practices.

• 3+ years experience in a SHEQ advisory role in construction or infrastructure.
• NEBOSH General Certificate is essential
• Working towards NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Membership of IOSH (TechIOSH or GradIOSH).
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and SHEQ best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UK driving license and flexibility to travel to project sites
