We are currently recruiting for a SHEQ Coordinator based at Vista, part of the Eurocell Group of companies, responsible for supporting the delivery of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) standards. Working closely with Production Leads and employees, the role focuses on identifying risks, preventing incidents, improving product quality, and promoting a positive culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will take a proactive, hands-on approach to monitoring standards, investigating issues, challenging unsafe behaviours, and coaching colleagues to ensure safe working practices are consistently followed.
