If you are looking to join a growing organisation that values hard work, loyalty and ambition, you will feel right at home at Doocey Group.The RoleThe SHEQ Manager – Electric is responsible for monitoring, assessing, and improving compliance across low voltage operations, ensuring all works are completed safely, compliantly, and in accordance with company procedures, client requirements, and LRQA NERS accreditation standards.The role involves conducting site audits, inspections, competency assessments, and compliance reviews of operational teams undertaking de-looping, cable installation, jointing, and associated low voltage activities. The successful candidate will have a strong electrical background, experience within utility or distribution network environments, and a good understanding of SHEQ principles, playing a key role in maintaining NERS accreditation and promoting a positive safety culture across the business.
