Remuneration: £60,000 - £65,000

The role of the SHEQ Manager – Construction Logistics will involve:
* Health & Safety Manager position working on various projects providing construction logistics across the London area
* Maintain positive relationships with Site Managers across London
* Working closely with the SHEQ director to implement the company-wide Health & Safety strategy
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation while driving continuous improvement in policies and performance
* Drive health and safety performance through effective risk management, incident investigation, and implementation of safe working practices.
* Promote a positive Health & Safety culture through engagement, training, and collaboration with employees, clients, and subcontractors
* Mentor and support a SHEQ apprentice to assist with site inspections
The ideal applicant will be a SHEQ Manager – Construction Logistics with:
* Must have experience as a SHEQ Manager or Health & Safety Manager within the construction industry
* Must be from a construction contractor or service provider
* Ideally have a background or experience in logistics but not mandatory
* NEBOSH qualification (ideally diploma)
* Experience conducting audits, incident investigations, and driving continuous improvement
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
* Confident and articulate
