The role of the SHEQ & ISO Manager – Concrete Manufacturing will involve:

* SHEQ & ISO Manager position responsible for implementing the highest health, safety, environmental, ISO and quality standards across the production of precast concrete systems

* Ensure products consistently meet required specifications, regulatory standards, and customer expectations

* Drive health and safety performance through effective risk management, incident investigation, and implementation of safe working practices

* Plan and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring non-conformances are addressed with robust corrective actions

The ideal applicant will be a SHEQ & ISO Manager – Concrete Manufacturing with:

* Must have experience in a Health and Safety Manager, SHEQ or equal position

* Must have precast concrete, hard civils, industrial or manufacturing experience within the construction sector

* Possess a relevant NEBOSH qualification

* Experienced in all areas of Health and Safety maintaining policies, assessing risks, training, audits and inspection, dealing with incidents and reporting

* Knowledge of ISO standards

* Excellent relationship management skills

* Must be an excellent communicator and leader
