Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000

The role of the SHEQ Manager – Precast Concrete Manufacturing will involve:

* SHEQ Manager position responsible for implementing the highest health, safety, environmental and quality standards across the production of precast concrete systems

* Ensure products consistently meet required specifications, regulatory standards, and customer expectations

* Drive health and safety performance through effective risk management, incident investigation, and implementation of safe working practices

* Plan and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring non-conformances are addressed with robust corrective actions

The ideal applicant will be a SHEQ Manager – Precast Concrete Manufacturing with:

* Must have experience in a Health and Safety Manager, SHEQ or equivalent position

* Ideally have experience in the manufacturing industry

* Must have NEBOSH qualification

* Experienced in all areas of Health and Safety maintaining policies, assessing risks, training, audits and inspection, dealing with incidents and reporting

* Knowledge of BS OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001 standards in a heavy production environment

* CMIOSH accreditation would be highly advantageous

* Excellent relationship management skills

* Must be an excellent communicator and leader
