A great opportunity for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services on one of their high-profile contracts near Bank in the City of London. Working for a market leader in building services maintenance, this offers the successful engineer a great chance to work on a prestigious site as part of a stable maintenance team, with all the opportunities of personal training and development.

The role will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site, being part of a 3 person engineering team. Working on a Continental Shift pattern, 7am - 7pm days only, the maintenance engineer should be Electrically biased, holding City and Guild / NVQ qualifications and have at least 3 years experience in the maintenance sector.

Duties

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance
• Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators, Switchrooms, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
• Health & Safety
• Logbooks
• Risk assessments
• Permits to work

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
• Career driven and motivated
• Polite and personable
