Are you a Shift Technician looking for promotion? Would you like to work on an iconic site in London? Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service provider situated in London. CBW are currently recruiting for an M&E HVAP Shift Leader to work on a prestigious contract in London. You will provide an exceptional high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercial, occupied environment and with the utmost regard for customer service. You will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive maintenance works to Electrical, HVAC plant and associated equipment. The successful candidate will be Electrically or Mechanically qualified with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working as part of a small shift team you will be required to liaise with clients, other service partners and contract support functions throughout the business via telephone and email, therefore excellent communication and computer operation skills are a requirement for this position. Hours of work Continental Shift Pattern - Days & Nights 19:00pm to 07:00am & 07:00am to 19:00pm Key duties & Responsibilities Establish good working relationships with the client Facilities Management Team, to ensure proactive, open, and co-operative partnership Monitor component, system and building performance against target profiles via Building Management System and alert platform Contribute information as required for regular and exception reports Propose variations or modifications to modes of operation and or the times of operation of systems to minimise energy consumption Invoke escalation when required through established communication channels Ensure required documentation and records are maintained in line with company processes and procedures. Responsible for incident management and completion of associated forms Ensure the shift log is kept up to date with relative and informed information that proactively assists the shift Team deliver to a constant high standard.
