Location: Wythenshawe

Salary: £55,000 per annum

Shifts: 3-Shift Rotation (Days, Afternoons, Nights)

Industry: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)

We're looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our industry-leading manufacturing site. Working on a 3-shift pattern, you'll be part of a fast-paced and collaborative team focused on ensuring minimal downtime and maximum production efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of fast-paced production and packaging equipment
  
• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues to keep operations running smoothly
  
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
  
• Working closely with production teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality targets are met
  
• Recording all maintenance activities and contributing to ongoing asset care strategies
  

What We're Looking For:

• Time-served engineer with a recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent)
  
• Experience in a high-speed FMCG, food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
  
• Strong fault-finding skills across both mechanical and electrical systems
  
• A team player who thrives in a fast-moving, shift-based environment
  
• Knowledge of PLCs and automated systems is a plus
