This is a hands on role supporting production through reactive and planned maintenance across a range of automated and moulding equipment. The Role Provide breakdown and fault-finding support across moulding machinery and automation equipment Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives (OEE) Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain uptime Assist with improvements to automated manufacturing processes Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures Requirements NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) minimum Time-served engineer with an electrical bias (multi-skilled preferred) Experience within manufacturing or production environments Injection moulding experience beneficial but not essential Proactive mindset with a focus on reliability and improvement This is a great opportunity to join a stable, growing business offering structured progression, strong earning potential, and long-term development within a modern manufacturing environment.
