The Job You’ll Do.

• Leading their shift and prioritisation of resources
• Clockwise administration
• Initial Safety Investigations
• Initial Conduct Investigations
• Return To Work Discussions
• Low Level Conduct and Absence Meetings
• Stock Checks
• Labour Movement Decisions
• Absence Logs
• Daily Performance KPI’s
• Daily Operations Meetings
• Shift Handover Meetings
• PPE and Workwear Ordering
• Unsafe Situation Reports, 100% participation of shift
• Hygiene and Housekeeping
• Escalation of out-of-hour issues to Department Managers, Engineering Manager and SHE Manager
• Working a 3 Shift Rota working a days, nights, and backs pattern

About You;

• Recent manufacturing experience, within a modern, well-resourced facility is essential.
• You will be an experienced Shift Manager or a Production Supervisor/Senior Team Leader - looking for progression.
• Experienced and comfortable with absence management, return to works, discipline.
• Able to work a rotating 3 shift system.
• Committed to health & safety
• A positive role model
• Has a can-do positive attitude with a drive to succeed and motivate others
• Possesses excellent communication skills
• Remains calm under pressure
