This company is one of the UK's leading Power Plant Operators, specialising within the Energy from Waste sector. They have a number of Sites across England, Scotland and Wales, looking to add a Shift Manager to their Maidstone team.

The Role:
*Shift Manager, Shift Team Leader, Assistant Shift Team Leader or Production Manager
*Responsible for the day to day running of the plant, including maintenance, HSE and much more!
*Monday - Friday based role
*£50,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Life Insurance + Excellent Company Benefits

The Person:
*Previous leadership role, Shift Manager, STL ASTL ect.
*Background - EFW, Power Station, Paper, Oil & Gas or Heavy Process
*HNC Qualified, NEBOSH, HV Switching, CMMS
