Shift Relief Team Leader

Your new companyA well-established industrial operation with a large-scale engineering function, offering long-term career development and progression opportunities.Your new roleWorking within a busy industrial environment, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of heavy mechanical equipment, diagnose and rectify faults to minimise downtime, support breakdown response activities, assist with maintenance projects and shutdowns, and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently. The business is particularly interested in experienced, multi-skilled engineers who are looking to take the next step in their career, with opportunities to support day-to-day leadership activities, coordinate maintenance workloads, and develop their supervisory experience. ONC/HNC or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience maintaining heavy plant or industrial equipment
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of permit-to-work systems and health & safety proceduresWhat you'll get in return
