As Shift Team Leader, you will:

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment in line with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Standard Operating Procedures
• Lead and develop your team through coaching, performance conversations, and development plans
• Promote a culture of safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth and effective operations
• Manage labour and materials to meet production schedules and budget requirements
• Deputise for the Shift Manager when required and contribute to site-wide improvement projects

As Shift Team Leader, you will have:

• Previous experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong people management and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Awareness of Health, Safety, Environmental, and hygiene standards
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective relationships across departments
• Basic hygiene qualification (desirable) and computer literacy
