Our Client:
We are pleased to be supporting a well-established and fast-paced manufacturing business in their search for a Shift Team Leader.

The Role:
The role will be to lead a team within a specific area of the plant, to manage efficient delivery within the production operations. This is a key role where quality and effective execution is key to the smooth operation of the business overall.
About you:
You will have:

Strong background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Proven ability to lead and develop teams
Ability to implement and drive lean methodologies, to successfully deliver efficiencies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working as a strong member of a shift leadership team
