Are you detail-oriented, process-driven, and ready to take on a pivotal role in international trade compliance? We’re working with a leading customs services provider in Felixstowe who is looking for a proactive and meticulous Customs Process Administrator to join their growing team.

The Role

As a Customs Process Administrator, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of SCDP Supplementary Declarations for a key client. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and maintaining the company’s CFSP Authorisation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing month-end checks to ensure all customs entries are accounted for
• Following and improving internal processes to enhance efficiency
• Working closely with internal teams and clients to meet SLA and SOP standards
• Supporting continuous improvement and compliance initiatives
