Wild Recruitment are pleased to be partnered with a unique business in their search for a Shipping Coordinator to join their growing team.

We are looking for someone who has experience in a Shipping, Freight or Logistics position

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end shipments

• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses

• Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery or documentation issues

• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and accurate completion of all necessary documentation

• Maintain shipping records, update ERP systems, and generate status reports

• Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and operations teams to meet delivery deadlines

• Provide exceptional communication and problem-solving support to clients regarding shipment status

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a logistics, shipping, or freight-forwarding role

• Knowledge of international trade terms, customs processes, and transport documentation

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

• Confident communication skills-both written and verbal

• Proficiency in logistics software or ERP systems is a plus
