Shipping Coordinator

A fantastic opportunity has become available to join an International company who offer fantastic training and career development.

They are looking for an experienced Shipping and Logistics Coordinator to join their UK office.

Duties:

• Supporting the shipping team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Being responsible for ensuring the timely dispatch and arrival of shipments.
• Creating shipment invoices and packing lists and approving freight invoices
• Managing shipping inbox for imports, creating instructions to carriers, and updating records.
• Being the first point of contact for queries relating to shipping or status enquiries.
• Signing off freight invoices from suppliers.

Skills:

• Previous experience within logistics and shipping for a product is essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good extension to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team worker
• Strong IT skills
