As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our clients Warehouse & Supply Chain Management function, responsible for managing all aspects of shipping logistics—from building and maintaining shipment documentation to liaising with port authorities and operational planners.
This initial 12-month contract ( highly likely to be extended), based in Great Yarmouth, offers a Monday to Friday schedule with occasional on-call responsibilities.

Proficient computer skills, especially with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel Strong organizational, planning, and numeric abilities with exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders Solutions-driven mindset to efficiently manage complex shipping schedules and documentation Additional Skills That Will Set You Apart:
Forklift license (highly desirable) Full UK driving license Training/certification in Dangerous Goods transportation by Road, Air & Sea Preferred Experience & Education:
Experience in shipping coordination, logistics, or warehouse operations is highly advantageous Background involving operational safety compliance and quality assurance checks Familiarity with SAP or other inventory and shipping management systems preferred Previous experience in HSE roles, permit control, or site induction coordination a plus Other Requirements:
Ability to be on call occasionally during evenings or weekends Commitment to maintaining rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards Capacity to perform site inductions and carry out safety-related tasks as required Ready to coordinate complex shipments with precision and safety at the forefront?
