The Role:

• Managing a small team of logistics coordinators
• Building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders including shipping lines, hauliers, and internal operations teams
• Monitoring KPI performance and implementing process and procedures
• Holding 1-2-1's and providing feedback using coaching methods and PDP's
• Acting as a key part of the leadership teams

The ideal candidate:

• Strong background in people management
• Excellent working knowledge of logistics including import processes and procedures
• Team player
