As an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our merchandise shop. From managing orders to supporting the team, your organisational skills will help us deliver the best experience for our customers.

• Processing orders
• Handling customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-store.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales and stock.
• Supporting the shop team with administrative tasks.
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Dispatching customer orders

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Previous experience in administration or retail is a plus not essential
• A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail.
