Site Manager – Commercial & Civils

Rate: £280–£290 per day

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work on a range of commercial building projects across London.

The role will involve overseeing day-to-day site operations across commercial construction projects, with some small civils and external works included. Candidates must have previous experience working on this type of project and be confident managing subcontractors, site teams, health & safety and programme delivery.

Requirements:

* Valid SMSTS

* Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial/building projects

* Experience with small civils and external works

* Strong subcontractor and site management skills

* Good understanding of health & safety and site compliance

* Able to start ASAP

£280–£290 per day initially, with a view to increasing the rate following a successful period with the company.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering the potential for a long-term position with a growing business.
