Position Summary

This is a dedicated role to support the successful migration of websites and digital experiences to Shopify. Working as part of the Business Operations team, the role will focus on the execution and coordination of migration activities, ensuring UK-specific content, campaigns, promotions and merchandising requirements are delivered accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Shopify user with experience delivering website updates and supporting complex eCommerce migrations within a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build UK-specific Shopify pages in line with migration requirements.


• Implement content updates and page amendments based on brand feedback.


• Review Global-built pages and identify UK-specific localisation requirements.


• Support migration activities across Shopify, Fredhopper and promotions


• Ensure all migration activities are completed to a high standard of quality and accuracy.


• Support the successful transition of migrated websites into Business-as-Usual operations.

Our team are responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer platform and branded experiences that drive conversion, loyalty and bring to life each brand’s unique value and positioning.

What You Will Need To Be Successful In This Role

Essential

• Hands-on experience working with Shopify, including page creation, content management and site updates.


• Experience coordinating website migrations, digital transformation programmes or large-scale eCommerce change initiatives.


• Experience working within an eCommerce or digital operations environment.


• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.


• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.


• Energetic, enthusiastic and a proven ability to work in a team-based environment and independently,


• Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management


• Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment


• 3+ years of Shopify experience

Desirable Knowledge & Experience

• Experience working with promotional tooling.


• Experience working with Fredhopper merchandising tooling.


• Experience working in a retail or beauty eCommerce environment.


• Experience working with global and regional stakeholder teams.


• Familiarity with SEO, content governance and digital approval processes.
