Division/Department: Front of House

Location: Manchester, M1 1RG

Working Hours: Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis, between the hours of 10:45am-11:45pm(Subject to change). 

Pay: £ 12.21 to £ 12.41  depends on the experience / plus service charge.

Job Purpose: As a Team Leader, you will help support the Management Team including the Supervisor to run the restaurant smoothly. Be a role model and great leader for other colleagues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To host and seat guests at reception
• To ensure guests allergies are taken care of
• To delight our customers with friendly, helpful service.
• Always look for ways to satisfy our customers and try to exceed their expectations

• To assist customers with any questions or queries they may have
• To take payment from customers

• To prepare/garnish food & Drinks for our customers
• To follow all food safety training & ensure safe food
• To advise our customers about our food & drink products
• To serve food & drinks to our customers
• Opening and closing service

Person spec:

• Full time and flexible availability
• Previous Bar experience is required 
• Experience leading a team front of house.
• Friendly approachable personality

A two and half hour trial shift is required before employment is considered.
